“Was told it was being delivered ‘on Friday’ Emailed and rang to try and get an idea of what time but no response. Wasn’t given any options of delivery time at point of purchase. Rushed around at work on the due date to try and get home then receive a call from a different company who are delivering it asking me when I would like it delivered - the next week ! There were a couple of other items I’d of liked to order but following this experience I’ve bought elsewhere.”

“The goods were absolutely fine once they got to us but their delivery service and customer follow up is poor. We were contacted to arrange delivery on Friday . This was agreed and a promise made that the driver would contact us shortly before he was due to arrive. Waited in all day no delivery, contacted the transport company and delivery confirmed for Saturday morning . No delivery. Finally arrived Monday lunchtime but no phone call so it was lucky we were in. Contact with customer care received an automated response that we would be contacted within 5 days”

“I was looking for a replacement gold plated monobloc basin tap for my 32 year old bathroom with little success, until I accessed the Victorian Plumbing website, and they had a full range of various styles. I chose one with period styling, but modern quarter turn mechanism. Delivery was well within estimated time.”

“We received damaged goods and first reported this one month ago. Still waiting for either a replacement or a full explanation. Messages saying ‘we are sorry for the delay’ are not good enough and very soon we will be demanding a refund if replacement cannot be supplied. Initially we were told would get a response in 5 to 7 working days - it is now 20 working days later Very poor service indeed.”
