“The website on particular items e.g. baths & shower screens needs to be a lot clearer. The notice that the bath panels were not included with the bath and shower screen should be shown very clearly near the top of the page and not right at the bottom!! It is very frustrating not being able to ring and talk to someone if you have a query.”

“It items received are of reasonable quality. The customer service is very poor, and the distribution company used for delivery is also poor. Wouldn’t buy from them again, or recommend to others”

“Easy to order, arrived quickly. However, website didn’t state that the pallets the radiators arrive in are left on the pavement outside my house. Apparently My responsibility to get rid of the massive pallets. Had to pay someone to do it. Need to be more explicit on website before ordering.”

“Nothing installed yet but all looks good. So up to now my only complaint is a delivery issue waited in all day no show phoned Courier told Lorry broken down drivers off. Maybe but in this day and age a text or phone call would have helped came the next day.”

“Happy with product and price (not used yet as waiting to be installed) however the packaging for one bath screen was over the top, 2 LARGE pallets stuck together not to mentioned being left on the road by delivery driver - in London!! Now I have the problem and expence of disposing of the two large pallets not to mention breaking them down....”

“The delivery driver was surly, and not very helpful. I had to chase after him, and ask if he would put the one box of tiles in the boot of my car as I am disabled and could not pick them up. I had already asked for this when arranging the delivery.”

“Haven't installed the products yet. £25 delivery for a shower and a cabinet is embarrassing though, which they can't even deliver to the door because everything has to come on a pallet.”
