“Victoria Plumbing was fine though I had to replace the basket in the shower as it rusted so badly in 2 years! the ordering and delivery were great but the quality of the product isn't so good”

“Customer service are good and prompt, they do what they say they're going to do. Bit annoying you don't arrange for a collection service when it comes to returns but I can see why you wouldn't choose to due to money etc, it just makes returning big orders such as baths real difficult - and expensive. However, I was recommended a company by Victorian Plumbing (kindly) who were very cheap and very nice themselves! So that's the only reason I haven't put very good but they are easy to deal with.”
