“Easy search for products, having done my research, ordering was straightforward. Some extras required were not that clear. ie insert basin clamps. Then when I had a web chat, I was recommended some clamps that upon investigation would not have fitted. There are no holes under the basin for those clamps to fit into. I’ll have to fabricate some flat bar and screw it under the counter. Hopefully the toilet has all its parts inside the cistern.”

“Ordering was easy. Delivery took a bit long considering i paid for the expensive one but otherwise no issues or complaints. Warned of the time slot so wasnt in house all day. Product looks to be what i wanted.”

“i had no issues around the site with victoria plumbing l, however have you thought about using a comparison tool, i was looking at a bathroom suite and originally went by the bath and then on to the toilet and sinkm it was inly by luck that i found the bathroom suite i wanted.. i used your finance company and have since tried to work with them to pay off my credit to them. they are absolutely appalling. ive emailed and called them numerous times but are always busy. maybe victoria plumbing should look at there contract with them”

“Bemis slow close toilet seat product quality was up to expectations, although even with identical dimensions to the one it replaced, fitting proved to be extremely difficult. Nevertheless, it's in and working but I'm unlikely to use the feature of removing easily for cleaning purposes, given the struggle to fit in the first place. Apart from that the seat is of good quality.”

“The product is excellent but had issues with the external delivery company. They called once and I was busy on another call so missed them. I tried as advised to call back on 5 occasions waited 10 minutes on hold each time then gave up and emailed. Eventually got them in email. It should not be down to the client to chase delivery I feel. I need 2 more similar products and am considering alternatives to avoid the delivery hassle. Shame as product good value etc Steve Long”
