“Good prompt service. More detail on the website about the nature and quality of the product we were buying would have been helpful. Also some of the pictures seemed to be exactly the same for different products within the same range by the same manufacturer. We were slightly disappointed with the quality of what was purchased as a result.”

“Cracked toilet - then broken cistern ordered by "plumber", replaced eventually. Then a broken lid. After five weeks ordered replacement myself with immediate response in good order - thank you.”

“Very prompt service. Good value for money. Would have been nice if surly driver,who was 1 hour earlier than I was informed, helped me,a pensioner,to get bath into my house,even though it’s not on his remit.He was about to leave, as he had been waiting 20 minutes,but he was one hour earlier than I was told. Instead,he watched me struggle,whilst on his phone.”
