“Good site with some good offers. Would rather have a free delivery choice without spending a large amount as other companies do.”

“Victorian Plumbing was good but your delivery people were bad. They didn't deliver on the day they said they would despite me taking a day off work and sitting in all day. No phone call. Nothing. They delivered the next day without arranging it with me. Fortunately a neighbour signed for it. I'm not very impressed.”

“Ordered a replacement basin. Delivery excellent service but when the plumber went to install it he noticed a mark on the top, front, right in the centre - worse place. Could not tell if it was a chip or a sticky mark - took half an hour to completely remove the mark but am satisfied with the sink now.”

“Goods were brilliant and a great price, but delivery is a palletised service only and we were left with a huge pallet with framing to dispose of. Additionally delivery is a kerbside drop only with a 60kg pallet with goods on top of, to try and move from kerbside.”
