“Mostly fine,but where is the suction bar i ordered.?bath mat arrived,but no rail”

“Shower screen probably OK but aluminium supports much flimsier than original. Fitting instructions probably incorrect stating use an 18mm spacer which would have left a gap for water to escape. Liked the hand rail with support for shampoo etc. Biggest problem was it arrived on 2 pallets with cross bracing which the delivery driver would not take back I had to saw apart and take to recycling. Had to wait in all day for the delivery.”

“We had ordered the Roca the gap toilet unit, the Milan vanity basin unit and some related parts. All the items arrived in good condition and on time. We did also have to order an additional item later which also arrived very quickly. Really appreciate the quick turnaround and fast delivery.”

“The range is beautiful and the customer service is great. The longevity of some products is questionable however. I’ve had to replace a shower valve in just over 12 months of use and had to have a plumber repair a sticky tap twice in 18 months of use which I found disappointing.”

“Whole process of ordering was very easy, the prices were competitive and the goods were delivered on the day arranged. As with other companies, the order arrived well trussed up on a pallet. Unfortunately it was heavy and too tall to fit in my garage. ( Fitting was postponed till January so goods had to be stored). Disposal of the emptied pallet was very difficult and had to be crow-barred apart and there were loads of nails. This method is presumably easier for the company but not for the average customer so I marked it down for this reason.”
