“My order was handled well with good communication about the one item that was not in stock.. Agreement to split order was actioned quickly. The bath panel arrived damaged - I did not notice this till I unwrapped it and I am hoping to hear back very soon with the replacement delivery date.”

“The product I bought had some damage which I suggested I would keep as long as I was given a partial refund. The company responded by giving me a refund for delivery as an automatic goodwill gesture whilst my request was being deliberated. I was subsequently offered a partial refund so all was good.”
