“I was sent a cabinet that is ugly and I only bought because it was infinitely Dimmable and had two sockets for charging. The tradesmen checked it over to make sure it was not damaged during transit and installed the item. I then discovered it only had one charging port. Victorian Plumbing confirmed it should have 2 a led me along with calls saying they would investigate and rectify but never did.”

“Unfortunately, they do only Monday to Friday delivery. The estimate was 2- 7 days.. Our was 11 together, including bank holidays.. Otherways the experience was very good. Call to arrange delivery. regular updates, etc.. Highly recommended.”

“Good web site and efficient ordering system. I’ve had a number of orders for my refurbishment and all have been delivered efficiently and on time. I haven’t had any of the items fitted yet but all look good and as advertised”

“Good service but a bit slow with delivery (understand problems at moment with drivers etc). Also mounting bracket for sink was wrong so had to buy another. Otherwise good.”

“I received a faulty mirror. It is missing some of the coating from the back! Keep getting asked for photos !!!! It’s a mirror for god’s sake and all you’ll see is me taking a photo of the mirror. I’ve sent photos of the back of the mirror which clearly shows the backing coating is missing. Can someone just sort it out?”
