“I had a large order, only the bath panel was damaged, Victorian plumbing very quick to send replacement. I’m happy so far but the bathroom is not yet finished so not all items up and running yet.”

“Why give customers choice of dates, for delivery, when even given nearly two weeks in advance, only to deliver 5 days later than the date i chose. when emailing to find out what was going on. All I got back, was computer-generated messages. The only email i recived from a human, was three days after I received my goods. asking was could I give a thumbs up. No On a plus side, I am very happy with the products.”

“Not a good service parts missing, stated 3 to 7 days delivery it took 14 days to arrive. Not able to talk to anyone when found parts missing. Would not recommend.”
