“I ordered a Shower Screen door with Victoria Plumbing and the seal on the item arrived damaged. I raise a ticket to get it fixed only for them to send me the wrong item. I then subsequently raised another ticket and yet again they sent me the wrong item. I have since then raised 2 more tickets both of which just got closed randomly. Personally their customer service does not exist. There is zero follow up and you are not dealing with the same person every-time. They have no care to solve the problem and it just appears they want to brush it away. Am really disappointed to see that such a big company is so terrible at customer service”

“Absolutely atrocious service. Placed the order in the middle of the pavement rather than the garden which is a couple of feet away thereby causing disruption for pedestrians. My wife and I had to carry the items in while the rain came down. Would definitely not use the company again.”
