“I have items delivered via pallet that need returning. Victorian Plumbing will not, under any circumstances, assist with returning the items. This leaves the consumer searching online for a pallet delivery company, some of which refuse to deliver to Victorian Plumbing because their returns logistics are so bad. Their competitors offer a cohesive returns process. If you think you may need to return something, save yourself the headache and avoid Victorian Plumbing.”

“Great company to do business with. Products are such good quality. Only issue I have is delivery. The first delivery was excellent. The stuff came on a pallet, the driver was great and gave us time to inspect the stuff. The second delivery which used a courier company was terrible. They said I wasn’t in, when I was. And left stuff on doorstep without ringing the bell. VP need to change couriers.”

“Good contact, everything happened as it should. Well packed. Relatively easy to assemble. The safety device is very good but could be difficult if you haven't got a strong grip. A small point but worth taking into account. Other than that, the tap is excellent quality. Works as promised. Well worth going on U tube. Excellent visual description on assembly.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Victorian Plumbing! I ordered multiple items for a new bathroom renovation, and the items came quickly and well packaged. Such great quality for the price, too. I also had an issue when ordering on site - a discount code that I had applied hadn't been registered, but after emailing the team to enquire, they got back to me within a day (a call and then an email), and applied the discount on retrospectively. I was so impressed at how quickly they responded. For such a big company, especially. Thank you Victorian Plumbing!”

“Visited the showroom at Formby, good display and very friendly and helpful staff, without being pushy. Had very specific requirements which were met with more options than expected. Ordered a complete shower enclosure with laminate splash back which all arrived promptly. Altogether a good experience”

“ORD-2300000006-8274713 I wish I could give less than one star. Victoria Plumbing's driver delivered a smashed up toilet which was clearly in a million pieces and would have been noticed by anyone handling the box. I paid for next day delivery. I also paid for a plumber to be there on the day it was delivered. Eventually, they sent another one (six days later). It has no toilet seat despite the description saying it should be included. Victoria Plumbing have no phone number available for customers which I am sure is convenient for them but not for their customers. If they did have one, it would be overwhelmed with complaints. You have to fill in a form on their website and if you are lucky someone will reply in two days. I will never use this company again and would never recommend it.”
