“Ordered some tile samples which arrived fairly quickly, however one was broken in a few places. Most likely broke during delivery but could do with slightly better packaging. Otherwise happy with my purchase.”

“Just received samples of tiles. Feature wall tile and plain tile, but recommended plain tile was an incompatible size. Customer services are on to the problem now and were very helpful in trying to find a solution with the manufacturer.”

“Good communication to arrange delivery. On my emails was confirmed that delivery will be after lunch but on the day they call when they were at the door around 10.30. He waited till I arrived and helped putting the delivery inside.”

“There were problems with the delivery of this item in that the courier never received it. Nina at Victorian Plumbing was excellent and having looked into this, dispatched a replacement for next day delivery. Unfortunatley it was then broken in transit and so the courier returned it. I changed my mind about the purchase and requested a refund which was done efficiently and with the minimum of delay. No real complaints as the staff were brilliant..”

“Everything was delivered although some packaging was damaged unfortunately my plumber was not quite ready to fit so products were not checked, however with the exception of 1 product everything looks great”
