“Poor as I haven’t get any response for my return item . And I haven’t get my refund payment . I have send the item more than 10 days ago and I attached the recipient of my my Post return item . But until now , I haven’t get any response : always call but trying to call and there’s no any person to speak with . Apart from emails and you get auto reply .”

“Generally experience was very good - VP willingly adapted a package to meet our needs, eventual order over the phone was completed accurately and delivery was speedy and efficient. Only reason not 5 star was that we were communicating during lockdown when only emails were possible. Lost contact a couple of times and had to start a new query to complete order”

“Delivery was quick simple and easy, but not impressed with the delivery charges for smaller packages (a single box of tiles) as charges seemed more in line for a whole pallet, would like to see the delivery charges reviewed based on size of order rather then flat fee”

“I couldn't return unwanted item. On your site sa you don't talk to people who are not builders with traiding account. All other shops pick up the unwanted items . Even if the item is damaged i have to pay for returning it!”
