“The website on particular items e.g. baths & shower screens needs to be a lot clearer. The notice that the bath panels were not included with the bath and shower screen should be shown very clearly near the top of the page and not right at the bottom!! It is very frustrating not being able to ring and talk to someone if you have a query.”

“I placed an order for a sink in early March. We;ve put a new bathroom in and nearly two months later we are still waiting for it. Every two weeks I get told that it will be delivered and then the day before delivery it gets delayed. Customer service are not allowed discuss the reasons for any delays. They just keep saying we can cancel if you like. Well no i dont want to cancel i want my sink! How about explaining where it comes from, why there is a continual delay, what they are doing about it etc...”

“The process to order all what I needed for the new bathroom was really easy. It was delivered all on one pallet which was great. The only issue was the courier and getting a time from them, at 11.30 they said 3pm-5pm at 5pm it had not arrived, phoned them up and they tried to get out of delivering that day, after some discussion it was delivered at 18.15, this is no fault of Victorian Plumbing.”

“Who'd have thought furnishing a downstairs loo could be so easy, and fun. The choice was amazing, the transaction and advice for delivery perfect. We chose a day and time scale to suit us, and everything I bought was in the box! Would have no hesitation in recommending to friends. It was our builder who recommended Victorian Plumbing to us initially so I'm passing it on.”

“Found the only problem was the delivery of the order, it was put into a order and B order, which got quite confusing No info on when the order A or B would be delivered when it did come no one informed us and I had to drive back home for the delivery”
