“Product arrived with marks on the wooden seat (shower stool) Very poor finish to the wood. I eventually returned it to get my money back, but had to do a bit of chasing.”

“Poor as I haven’t get any response for my return item . And I haven’t get my refund payment . I have send the item more than 10 days ago and I attached the recipient of my my Post return item . But until now , I haven’t get any response : always call but trying to call and there’s no any person to speak with . Apart from emails and you get auto reply .”
