“Delivered on the day given but had to wait in all day and the item arrived at 4pm. Good product for the price and ideal for our downstairs toilet. However the day we had it delivered the price was reduced by £10 which was a bit annoying, and delivery is expensive at £25.”

“This toilet seat is the third one I have bought. The fitting is excellent which means you only have to change the seat without worrying about changing the fitting and the seat is easily removed for cleaning. The downside is that the seat breaks very easily so be careful to remind users that the lid is not for sitting on.”

“We had great problems fixing grab rail to wall - space for screwdriver was too small to access screws. We managed to attach it to wall in the end, but maybe specialist tool needed? Apart from that, we are very pleased with item.”

“good service. very prompt. only quibble is £25 delivery for a small unit and sink. I know it comes thru pallet ways ,but thinking with small items like that delivery charge could be reduced and sent by courier.”

“I am happy with the product. However, the delivery arrangements are unacceptable. I should have got a phone call to arrange it but the driver just appeared at the door. What would I do if my husband wasn't at home or none of us were? I am disappointed.”
