“The in-store service was very good. The website is incredibly easy to use and well constructed. The service over the phone has also been really good. My only constructive feedback would be that the reduced price of a bath that had been on offer when I originally put together my basket online was not honoured when I came to purchase that basket, which was disappointing.”

“It was difficult to inspect the shower enclosure on delivery it was on a pallet shrinkwrapped and difficult to manage on my own. The delivery driver did not assist in anyway and seemed put out that I wanted to check it when it is your procedure.”

“Really great customer service and easy to purchase stuff through their website, but was a bit disappointed when our vanity unit came and was a bit damaged, I felt like it had been a previously returned item, but everything else was in perfect condition, delivery was quick, but found it strange that no instructions came with anything!”
