“Ordered a sink to go into a small cloakroom. Placed the order online and was shown it would take 3 days to deliver (I’m happy with that). To my surprise it turned up the very next day in secure packaging that was a bit ott but I understand why pottery is packed in oversized boxes. Sinks now in the wall and it fantastic. Many thanks”

“Ordered a new shower bar, immediately received confirmation of my order. Pretty soon after I received another email, this time stating it was getting ready to be dispatched and I received it the next day. I would absolutely order from them again. Great service, great price.”

“Order arrived very quickly. Very pleased with delivery, driver polite and helpful. When we unpacked the toilet unit the two clips were broken. I e-mailed your company pointing out the fault. I sent photos as well. I received a phone call that evening from a young lady apologising. She followed my complaint up. I received another phone call the following day offering me a discount. The customer service that I received was impressive.”

“The delivery was fine and contact with the courier prior to arrival was appreciated. The frustrating thing about the entire process was the constant pushing back on availability dates. My order was made on 5th December and whilst at the time of order I was aware that one item was not in stock until 18th December, it has taken until 20th January for me to receive my goods. Staff were helpful when I called to check progress but ultimately couldn't speed things up for me. The offer of next day delivery was appreciated. Finally, due to delays I had to cancel one item on the order. I was told my refund would be with me within 48 hours. It has now been a week and my refund has still not been processed.”

“The overflow cover was covered in scratches when plastic protection removed during fitting. As this was noticed after the 48 hour deadline for fault reporting I have not bothered to complain. Other than that-good service.”
