“Awful, had a tap that leaks. Contacted victorian pluming to report fault. Had to return to customers to take pictures & a video. Seem to have trouble sending vid but have supplied enough information yet still not resolved 2 weeks later. Terrible customer service!!!!”

“Bath tub arrived damaged and not useable made complain with photos to prove and not had a reply had to go to easy bathrooms who gave me grate customer service and sorted me out the other bath tub I had to sell for a massive loss and will not recommend or use this company again”
