“They are the only ones as far as I could find with such quick delivery options, plus one of the very few I managed to talk to on the phone when I needed. Maybe not the cheapest but they have great customer service.”

“Goods arrived on time but with damage. I sent an email on the day with photos requesting a replacement and haven’t heard anything for over two weeks other than a couple of automated responses. Very disappointing as my bathroom is currently without a tap. I can understand delays in the current climate but this is getting a little ridiculous now.”

“Very disappointed with this company, due to their poor or non existent after sales service! Having ordered 2 x bathroom mirrored cabinets on their website 1 x 2 door and 1 x 4 door , they were delivered within 5 days, the 2 x cabinets were stood on end on a pallet, and wrapped together with black plastic, along with pieces of rough wood, the 4 door which is nearly 2 meters long stuck up in the air so it would fit open the pallet! the 2 door was fine but although one side of the box looked OK the back of it looked as though it had been on the bottom of a stack on a wet warehouse floor as it was filthy and damaged, upon opening the carton the top of the cabinet had a crack from back to front! so reported it on their website which said they would get back to me within 5-7 days ! as they weren't answering the phone except to trade customers - 9 days on still no contact. Absolutely APALLING service. have had to report to credit card company for resolution.”

“Despite some superb packaging around my item, it unfortunately still arrived damaged. I create a case for a partial refund for the damage. I was continually kept up to date and after dealing with a number of brilliant representative, who clearly cared about resolving the issue, I was offered a fair partial refund. It was a great example of how brilliant customer service can leave a lasting positive experience even when things go wrong initially. Thank you all!”

“Products exactly as online photos & descriptions. Good prices. Despatch of the in-stock items was notified by e-mail about 5 days from order and delivery arrived two days later, all within the timescales listed. If it had been a couple of days quicker it would have deserved "very good".”

“The tap arrived within the given time scale and was as described. Fitting required an adjustment to hose lengths which became a different type of chore but fortunately resolvable.”

“Orderded my bathroom suite 2 weeks ago. 10 days ago i received an email saying it was out for delivery. Now have received a customer feedback email. I still havent received my bathroom suite and have now been told it will be delivered on christmas day”
