“Received slider for 25mm pole as no size preference was offered and I therefor thought that it was a standard size (mine is 22mm). Response from Customer Service was delayed with 2 delaying e-mails stating this was because of small staff team due to covid. By the time it was addressed, I had exceeded my 30 day return period.”

“Ordering the bathroom suite was quick and easy. Victoria Plumbing have a great range of products at cost-effective prices. We had a slight issue with delivery with the scheduled time being 11am but the actual delivery time was 3pm. The drive however did call several times with an update so I can’t fault communication. Bathroom suite is excellent value for money.”

“order 1 bathroom mirrored cabinet and a toilet and wash basin cabinets, all had faults or damaged. can't call as call centre not taking calls, emailed 7 days ago to complain, only had emails to say that they have received the email, but no contact. I would not order at this time, as there is no customer service. there was also no instructions included or fixings.”

“I haven't received my goods yet. The delivery was completely messed up. Lots of phone calls on the day but nothing accomplished. I was forced to ring to re-arrange. When a company messes up they should try and put it right by contacting the customer.”

“The wall hung bathroom cabinet was slightly smaller than other suppliers but exactly the size we needed. However, the price was more expensive than similar quality cabinets from other suppliers. Although the outside of the cabinet looks good I would have expected better fitting shelves inside. The reason for our lower grading is not just based on quality and price but because of the method and expense of delivery. Many other reviews mention this but Victorian Plumbing are continuing to persist with delivering using pallets. The wooden pallet was very heavy as it was wet and consisted of a base and a vertically attached pallet weighed 70kg. The cabinet itself weighed only approx 15 kg but the problem was breaking up the pallet to dispose by taking it at the local recycling centre. The nails were driven in so deep that it could not be knocked apart with a lump hammer and could only be taken apart and fitted in the car by sawing it into small pieces taking over one hour and involving much physical much effort. For customers unable to do this it would be impossible to dispose of the pallets. My main complaint is that this exceedingly heavy packaging is a very wasteful use of resources, environmentally unfriendly and very time consuming which the customer pays for (Delivery cost £24.95!). The feedback to Victorian Plumbing is change your packaging and delivery methods to be less wasteful and more customer friendly.”

“Requested a tile sample as we are looking to redo our en suite bathroom. Sample cost £2.95, but arrived in a timely manner and was a decent sized cut. Overall, happy with the service.”
