“Perturbed by the amount of damage on the vanity unit I ordered. It does appear to me as though the scratches were on the item when it left the factory and were not done in transit, which suggests that the unit was not properly checked before it left the factory. Also disappointed in the follow up automated responses to my concerns. I am still waiting for some contact to say what your intentions are regarding the damaged item. I shall call the recommended number tomorrow in the hope of a quick solution. J. Illingsworth”

“Order was dispatched but took longer than I would have expected likely due to COVID. However there was also a question I had submitted which despite being acknowledged by the auto response emails it never got answered. My order did arrive after around 7 days though.”

“I paid for a specific delivery slot , even though I was entitled to a free delivery. This cost me £49. I work for the NHS and could not be late for my shift . The goods arrived so late that I had to go to work & leave my 84 year old mother to wait for the driver . I was 32 in the on line queue to try & speak to someone ! Disgusting ! I sent an email giving full details & that was over a week ago. Nobody has bothered to contact me . I will be airing my grievances on social media shortly . This company is a disgrace . Won’t use them again and will warn others not to do so”
