“The toilet seat arrived broken. 10 days later I haven't received any communication other than automatic emails. Impossible to get to anyone on your telefone helpline despite being suggested in your email. Very dissatisfied”

“I ordered a shower rail curtain which arrived very quickly, so far, so good. When I opened it there were two very important parts missing, the flanges to secure it to the wall. I emailed immediately and 11 days later still waiting for a response, other than a robot telling me how important I am. Email is the only means of contact. Very, very disappointed that the current situation is being used as an excuse for poor service. First time of using, unless they really pull their socks up, I won't be using them again.”
