“Overall had excellent service and good products at a good price from this company. Only issue i have had is that i was not informed my product was delayed due to lack of stock, nor told when i would get it, the communication on deliveries is poor.”

“Excellent service from Victorian Plumbing - great products that we are very satisfied with - but less happy with your delivery firm. Our goods were dumped in our front garden by a very grumpy driver who refused to help me get them in the house or wait for me to unwrap them so he could take away the pallet. Having recently had a shoulder operation this was difficult to manage - getting the products into the house for me would have been very helpful and is a reasonable expectation of anything delivered to our home.”

“Good quality goods, fast delivery. Slightly annoying that if you're ordering something as a replacement they don't do collection on delivery so you have to send back incorrect item separately.”

“Generally very good service, item arrived promptly and in great condition; only issue was that the carrier forgot to contact me so I was at home to take delivery (Not Victorian Plumbing’s fault). Will be ordering more stuff soon.”

“Ordered taps etc recently - slight issue with the waste fitting and VP team immediately sent out an alternative free of charge and next day delivery. Good range of product too - can't ask for more than that”

“The only issue I have is that the delivery got to me so late in the day I lost a whole day on the bathroom. However, that being said, the service I have received has been fantastic and the customer is very happy with their new bathroom suite.”
