“The goods are of good quality and easy to install. Website easy to navigate and simple to order. Unfortunately the Delivery took longer than expected; there was a further delay in delivery as the courier VP use, once they receive it, they call to book the delivery which is an extra couple of days lead time. Fortunately enough I was in no rush but for some this could cause minor disruption.”

“Service was good as usual but unfortunately the toilet seat I purchased is not good quality .The seat itself is thin and flimsy with sink marks where the seat buffers are underneath.I intend to replace it as soon as possible.”

“We've ordered from Victorian Plumbing several times and have been happy with the service every time. Just 1 time we had a problem - when a 3rd party was used to deliver the item. We sent feedback on our experience and hope that other customers will not have the same issues in future.”

“Considering I had to return an item from Belfast,the whole process was quick enough.The only thing I would say is that a returns form should be sent with any items purchased instead of having to telephone or print the return forms just to make things easier.Overall everything was handled very well and would reccomend victorian plumbing.”

“Very quick delivery and a very secure package. The effort that has gone into customer satisfaction is beyond anything we’ve had from anyone else whilst refurbishing our en-suite. Second to none and a very fair price, which is crucial as we are on a strict budget!”

“When my order arrived one item was broken. I contacted Victorian Plumbing right away to let them know and ask the procedure to have a replacement. I was then asked to provide some photographic evidence, which I did, and I've now been informed that a replacement item will be dispatched to me. I am happy with the service I received in the circumstances.”
