“All very good only didnt understand why the box which was not at all heavy was packed on a pallet .the driver reluctantly took the pallet away with him. i didnt see the need to have it on a pallet save the cost to youselfs by limiting the weight of an item before a pallet is needed.”

“Process of ordering online was easy and delivery was quick with regular updates. Unfortunately the item (small door handle) was slightly damaged (scratch across the middle), but I haven't yet raised this with Victoria Plumbing yet.”

“The toilet and basin came as a suite and is intended for a small cloakroom under the stairs. It arrived in good time and had all the fittings included. It is excellent value for money and the only slight gripe is that the basin isn’t quite square when fitting to the wall, although indiscernible really.”
