“Terrible. I received damaged goods and have only had an email to say they are processing my enquiry. There is no telephone access. No chat on line access, only ask a question that they will email a response. 5-7 days is the estimated response time..I am still waiting to hear what to do..I am refitting a kitchen and this will cost me more as the kitchen fitters will not have a sink to fit. I am very unhappy and wish I had not bought this through Victorian Plumbing as its a nightmare to find out how to proceed, as well as not having a sink when required. DON'T use Victorian Plumbing.”
