“Requested 2-man gloved service & paid extra expense: for item to be taken to bathroom on first floor and not left on curb, as was told by Victorian Plumbing (VP) that item was medium weight but bulky. VP also told me to check the item on arrival - especially the mirrored doors and glass shelves - to ensure it arrived intact and not damaged BEFORE courier left. Courier wanted to leave item 'curbside' outside of my property - did not even want to carry it to my front door - let alone upstairs to bathroom - even though I had paid extra for this service (this was pre-C19) which he said was not listed on the delivery notes. I got visibly upset, so he reluctantly crashed his way upstairs and dumped item on landing and refused to wait, while I hurridly and partially unpacked item to check it (literally 30 seconds grace as he went back to the van). When item was installed a few days later, one of the cabinet doors was missing a 'soft close' hinge cover part so I rang VP twice to request item to be sent - as mirrored door now bangs shut even if you are careful closing it! Having waited over 20 mins to be connected to VP Customer Service - both times my call was left unanswered and I gave up. Will not be using Victorian Plumbing Services ever again - as awful customer service and rip-off delivery service, and no follow-up aftercare call and now left using faulty item, which was very expensive. Feel very disappointed as it was overall a very bad experience - i would give it no stars but cannot.”

“Goods arrived on time but with damage. I sent an email on the day with photos requesting a replacement and haven’t heard anything for over two weeks other than a couple of automated responses. Very disappointing as my bathroom is currently without a tap. I can understand delays in the current climate but this is getting a little ridiculous now.”
