“The products was delivered quickly had a faulty bathroom waste pack which found out was faulty once installed so can’t get refund but happy with service provided and happy with rest of the product would defo recommend to others thank you”

“We haven’t unwrapped the products yet but the delivery was excellent apart from the fact we were left with a pallet to get rid of ourselves. Also, we were supposed to receive a call prior to delivery which didn’t happen & when I mentioned this to the driver he just shrugged as if he wasn’t aware.”

“The products were easy to order, and arrived quickly. However, I could not order everything I wanted to because the delivery drivers only deliver up one flight of stairs, and I live in the third floor, so I had to shop elsewhere for the bigger items to get them delivered to my door.”

“Screws supplied are not of good quality. Instructions are rapped in with components and you have to strip the packaging to find them which is not ideal in a confined spaces. Not enough support for tray.”

“Ordered a toilet seat; phoned up for assistance on installation and the representative was very helpful. The seat itself was good quality although the fittings felt quite plastic but this probably reflects the low cost. Overall a very positive experience”
