“mostly the items we bought were as expected but dont expect high quality at low prices. Good value for money. One disappointment was that the toilet did not have a true round waste so modern waste pipe would not seal did not know until the plumber came to fit. He managed to adapt it with a different collar. Make sure you check it all on arrival as lead in times mean you cant be without a loo. Pays you money I suppose.”

“The Aqualusso Alto 04 has been pleasure to use for many years. But having devell oped a few minor problems as time goes by, we were pleased to find that it was still available to replace. The same model but with some slight improvements. Many thanks to Victorian Plumbing.”

“Item was received as damaged, even noted as damaged by delivery company but Victoria Plumbing would not replace item. Would not recommend shopping here, use Bathroom Mountain instead”

“Find a your quality products somewhere, place an order for £1199.95 bath, after twice delayed, sent the bath after 3 weeks which was cracked and the delivery driver left it inthe footpath, when i request a refund, I was told to wait until they uplift and reach their warehouse!! Or new bath will be delivered after 3 weeks. The Plumbing Co is furious and said had never expérience this sort of cowboy company.”

“Happy with everything except the pallet came with black rapping and I was unable to see the product to check and when I cut the rapping and see the product the driver was gone and that huge pallet left in front of the door Which I need to arrange the date for recycling . I would appreciate more if the driver return the empty pallet but overall I am happy with everything.”
