“Absolutely rubbish, still awaiting delivery 8 weeks later!! my job to chase, report and await responses. So frustrating and wasted time all automated. Absolutely no customer care. Just speak to a robot!! When sink delivered broken, reported and agreed to replace after a week with no bathroom chassed up, excuses etc even though I emailed the person back and filled in the replacement on line. Additional order still awaiting cabinet over 8 weeks ago and paid additional £40 for next day, not next year. All automated is useless, no understanding and emails to robots are useless. No No customer care. Absolutely rubbish”
