“Ordered a victorian style showerhead which was delivered swiftly. Have oinly given a 3 Star rating as the company CEO and owner is an ignorant individual (brexiteer etc).”

“Taps ordered and arrived quickly as requested and product works fine. Grohe tap with non removable tails and European 3/8 fitting was a little painful to plumb in but Screwfix sorted that with a pair of adaptors. Both taps look good and work perfect. Need to flag the 3/8 fitting a little clearer on website if you can. I see you sell these as well!”

“I have to say, you've been absolutely fantastic, from beginning to end. Even with an item that you were out of stock, your customer service has been promptly proactive, interested and kind, which is so rare nowadays. You gave me a quick refund without any headache. My husband and I are pleasantly surprised. Please do treat your staff nicely, and they'll treat us nicely. Thank you very much for everything and we'll go firstly to you next time we're renovating.”

“Trally pleased with our new toilet seat it fits perfectly. We purchased our bathroom from yourselves and needed a replacement seat and thankfully we could still get one to fit. It’s comfortable when sitting and also like the soft close feature.”
