“These tiles were good value and gave smartened up my kitchen, however there 20 broken tiles which luckily we were still able to use but clearly care wasn’t taken when they were loaded onto the delivery van. I would have liked a delivery fee refund but didn’t have the time to pursue it. Lovely tiles though.”

“Delayed delivery, poor after sales, try Bathroom Mountain instead Delivery delayed twice - workmen being paid on site with nothing to do.... Poor after sales service, long delays, robotic like response, not able to speak to anyone, quick enough to take your money but extremely slow in issuing any refunds. Also dealt with Bathroom Mountain at the same time, far, far better service, look at them instead.”

“When my initial order arrived and was needed we discovered that unfortunately it was broken. I completed the returns form but the time to get a replacement would hold up our bathroom completion. I contacted the service centre who were extremely helpful and sorted out a replacement with fast delivery. This arrived, as promised, the next day. The call centre were very friendly and very helpful. I would (and have) use Victorian Plumbing in the future - great service”

“I bought a towel rail from Victorian Plumbing. When I received it, the towel rail was damaged and it wasn't right for me so I returned it and put on the returns note that it was damaged. I have just found an email from Victorian Plumbing in my junk folder advising me that they received the towel rail back damaged and will not refund me. They included photos of the item and in one of the photos is the return note I sent them so they can't say they weren't told it was damaged. I will NOT be using them again. They should take photos of the items they send before they send them rather than when they are returned. Very UNFAIR.”

“Always my default fordomestic plumbing products - selection, quality and pricing is broad and competitive. Order processing and deliver is simple and prompt; great when you're in a hurry, as most jobs are "urgent"!”

“My order hasn’t arrived yet after 2 weeks sitting in a warehouse and isn’t due till the 2nd Jan after it stated the delivery should of been a few days also I’ve been told part of my order isn’t available. This is very frustrating as I’ve had to put the plumber on hold till it arrives”
