“I have to say, you've been absolutely fantastic, from beginning to end. Even with an item that you were out of stock, your customer service has been promptly proactive, interested and kind, which is so rare nowadays. You gave me a quick refund without any headache. My husband and I are pleasantly surprised. Please do treat your staff nicely, and they'll treat us nicely. Thank you very much for everything and we'll go firstly to you next time we're renovating.”

“Trally pleased with our new toilet seat it fits perfectly. We purchased our bathroom from yourselves and needed a replacement seat and thankfully we could still get one to fit. It’s comfortable when sitting and also like the soft close feature.”

“There were several issues, sadly. The driver did not wait for us to inspect the products, simply left, despite us asking him to wait. The sink was faulty. We had it installed because we needed it. But we made a picture of the faulty part.”
