“Website, stock choice and illustrations / descriptions are excellent. Items received have all been well packed. However on both occasions that I had deliveries due they did not arrive and I had to chase. Delivery charge removed from first order which was appreciated.”

“Victorian Plumbing are good to deal with ordered basin vanity cabinet and was delivered well packaged and in good order and is a good quality unit . The order was a little bit more to pay than other companies offered but they are good.”

“My journey with Victorian Plumbing was smooth. I was informed how long I would be waiting for the delivery. When my delivery was ready I heard and was kept up to date very well on the day of delivery when to expect my package. I was given the option online to choose a delivery date that would suit. All in all a good first experience with Victorian Plumbing. Also very pleased with my attractive mocha wooden bath panels.”

“The product itself looks lovely, we haven’t installed it yet but I’ve had to knock stars off for the delivery. I’ve ordered larger radiators from other companies and they arrived in the box and the courier placed the item in my hallway. This radiator arrived on a wooden pallet, with enough wood to light a bonfire and it was left on my driveway. I’m single person and had no way of getting it inside and had to ask friends to come and help me. The amount of wood and packaging left over was ridiculous. I had to buy a saw to chop up the pallet to take it to the tip! After all this, the box that the radiator was in was damaged. Based on this I wouldn’t use Victoria plumbing again!”

“Absolutely rubbish, still awaiting delivery 8 weeks later!! my job to chase, report and await responses. So frustrating and wasted time all automated. Absolutely no customer care. Just speak to a robot!! When sink delivered broken, reported and agreed to replace after a week with no bathroom chassed up, excuses etc even though I emailed the person back and filled in the replacement on line. Additional order still awaiting cabinet over 8 weeks ago and paid additional £40 for next day, not next year. All automated is useless, no understanding and emails to robots are useless. No No customer care. Absolutely rubbish”
