“Poor quality products. BEWARE...they also fail to publish negative comments on their own website! We purchased a Vela toilet roll holder. From the outset, it quickly became loose. Despite repeatedly tightening, the issues persisted. We tried to deal with them regarding a replacement/solution. Not one of their customer service advisors have listened or understood. Very poor quality product, matched by equally inept customer service. Avoid.”

“The delivery completely let the company down. Sending the goods on a massive pallet to a retail customer and leaving at the roadside is awful, the property is unoccupied and empty and a 6 hour time slot was given which meant waiting for 6 hours at an empty house for the goods to arrive. There is con customer consideration, its all about how cheaply you can make the delivery to maximise your profit. I will not be ordering from Victoria Plumbing ever again.”
