“Pallet delivery service was terrible. I received an email on the Monday asking to pick a day for delivery. I chose Thursday as I was out the country and was only my wife in the house. They delivered the pallets on the Next day on the Tuesday!! Meaning my wife had to struggle with the heavy bath and other items!! No point asking which day you want a pallet delivered if they turn up when they feel like it!!”
