Website is not the easiest to navigate, and when choosing an item such as in my case a wall hanging sink there was no fixing kit with it, so I had to waste 2 hours finding one. Needs to be clearer and suggest what else might be needed.
Delivery not straight forward either. This entailed me ringing the pallet company to work out when the item was coming. Even then no text to say when on route. The sink itself and the other bits I ordered were good though.
