“I’ve now bought several items from Victorian Plumbing and their service has been great. We’ve bought external lighting for our house office which we didn’t even know they did, and were particularly pleased with the prices on these. Saved ourselves a small fortune !”

“Ordering was easy. No problem with delivery. The only issue I had was the length of time between confirmation of order and dispatch. This, combined with the advice not to contact a plumber until items were delivered meant it was a month between placing the order and the tap being fitted.”

“I ordered several items, including a ceramic bathroom sink. When it arrived, the sink had a deep scratch across the front of it. I contacted Victorian Plumbing, who couldn't really be bothered about sorting it and when I asked why wasn't it checked before it was boxed, they said it was and blamed the courier. This was a blatant lie, as the box it came in, had no damage on it at all. They said they would get a replacement sent by next day delivery, which was again a lie, as they meant the next day, after they could be bothered to send it. My advice, spend your money elsewhere.”

“Ordered 5 new radiators, delivery was very quick, and delivered with care. BUT the radiators were not of great quality. They came with small imperfections and small bents, but due to needing these installed we accepted as was.”
