“OK. Its a pity the detailed specification for the toilet cistern we bought didn't specify if it was left or right hand cold water fill. The unit we took out was universal (left or right) and had been plumbed in on the right. I have had to purchase a flexible 50 cm hose to complete the connection.”

“The unit I purchased in the picture did not have an overhang of the top. The one I received does. It would of been better to sit flush with the unit. The unit draws have been built in at a crooked angle so they don’t look symmetrical when looking straight on at the unit. And having to dispose of the pallet it came on , I find appalling. I bought the unit NOT the pallet !”

“OK customer service from the trade team. However I did have a chase them several times, over a week when they said they will call me but no one did. So ever time I had to explain the my issue from the start to someone else. This was very frustrating and tone consuming. But we got there in the end placed the order and took delivery.”

“Excellent product range and prompt delivery. Purchased a shower set and the prices researched were comparable with other sites. Did not see the why they need to have a 'Win a TV' as an incentive to write a review, good, bad or indifferent.”

“Online order process straight forward and free delivery on schedule a week later. Only gripes are quality of "free" bath panels - should have gone for more expensive mdf options and poor handling of price match request on shower screen, which was refused after a 3 hour delay despite being £40 dearer than competition.”
