“Very dissatisfied, still awaiting instructions on how to fit the toilet seat we purchased. After 3/4 times trying to contact, still no joy, instructions not in with the item, you even are still saying call number if not satisfied, you now say you are not using these phone numbers, why give them. Still no response from you at all Ann Lunn ord-002480094-4151987”
