“The order arrived very well packed, and was correct. The del people were very poor. Paid extra for next day del, didn't arrive. This was on a Thursday. On Frid received notification that it would be del Frid pm. Nothing arrived, no notification letting us know what was happening. Knock at the door Sat am, it arrived. Just lucky that we were home. So this was a poor del company.”

“Amazing service. Ordered Kitchen mixer tap at 2pm and it arrived the next day within 24hours! Great value at sale price too. Solid tap, well packaged and easy to fit. Definitely recommend this company for service and quality. It’s a 10 from me!”

“Excellent communication and good delivery, prompt and helpful. Would have given 5 stars, but for the instructions I had for the toilet cistern I ordered, which made no sense and very poorly written……. obviously not written by somebody with a good knowledge of English.”

“The purchase of a shower screen online was easy to browse different products and simple to purchase. The screen was packed on a pallet with lots of protection for the glass and I was contacted by the freight company to let me know the time slot of delivery. Excellent service”
