“an email confirming dispatch was received 2/12/20 stating delivery within a few days. On 14/12/20 we had a live chat with Olivia who advised me that she could not help and to contact Royal Mail. Royal Mail inform us that the tracking reference is not theirs. I have now canceled the order but remain very disappointed with your service. Also trying to get in touch with you was a trial in itself.”

“The delivery of the shower cubicle was easy to arrange, however, we were not aware that the van delivering was too big to drive down to our house. After some discussion with the driver, he was able to bring the items down to us on a trolley. Apparently there is a facility when ordering to say if you live in a difficult to reach location, where you can specify a smaller van - I did not see this facility. All items arrived intact and nothing missing. The instructions were a little vague in places, and some of the parts were very difficult to put together. Once assembled, the shower enclosure looks beautiful. Very happy with the purchase.”
