“Took a while to get updates from point of order to delivery but considering it’s December, Christmas and Covid that can be forgiven :) Product is ideal and looks great. Easy to assemble and a good snug fit.”

“Awful service, takes days to reply to simple points, blamed for a box’s condition after returning and charged £26 to ‘rebox’ - a common issue from other customers I’ve noticed, arranged a pick up for a faulty item but didn’t send paperwork so it couldn’t be collected, issues are still not fixed so this list could grow. Can’t call them or live chat, can only email and wait. And wait. And wait.”

“I am very please with the cistern I’ve ordered from Victorian Plumbing. It’s got the power flush we needed ! :-) The cistern arrived in good time. I can’t fault Victorian Plumbing all went very smoothly from the online order to delivery. Thank you. I would definitely use again.”

“Ordered item that was “available” at the time of ordering, only to check back one day before estimated delivery to find it out of stock. At no point was I sent a note telling me the item was no longer available. I was expecting the item to be delivered a day later. Categorising items as “Available” vs “In stock” is a deceptive marketing practice aimed at customers who assume one is equal to another. I ended up getting a different radiator in the end.”

“Absolutely awful customer service. I cant get through to tell you that the screws are missing from my expensive path panel. an automated email tells me that it may take 3 days to reply to live chat. For crying out loud...that's appalling. Truly its a disgrace to your company. Ive a bathroom fitter working now and this delay is costing me money. SORT IT OUT NOW.”
