“The cabinet I ordered come very quickly - within a week, despite a warning that it might take up to 15 weeks. It was very well packed on a sturdy pallet but was easily extracted. The driver undertaking th kerb-side delivery was very helpful when there was a difficulty getting the entire pallet through the front door. I am very pleased with the quality and "delivered rigid"meant fully assembled apart from reattaching the knobs on the outside of the doors.”

“My online experience was quick. I was able to book and pay for my items online, in a matter of seconds my confirmation email came through confirming my purchase, and few days later I was contacted by phone about my delivery. The whole process was really quick and efficient, In the middle of this pandemic their service was the best. I would highly recommend using them.”

“Clearly set out website making placing an order easy to do. Prompt delivery. On two occasions the agents on the ‘live chat’ were quick to answer, helpful & kept me informed of what they were doing providing me with clear information. Never used Victorian plumbing before but would not hesitate to recommend.”

“Ordered Victoria Traditional Basin taps to replace taps with ceramic washers which have failed. I selected some which were listed (under the comments / Q&A) as having "traditional screw-down valves" installed as I wanted taps with rubber washers which don't fail and need replacement of the whole tap. The new taps have arrived and they are the same ceramic valves as the ones I need to replace. Its a big waste of time as I'll have to take the package back to the post office to get it sent back to you or just put up with the wrong product. For buying online to work, info on the website MUST be accurate. I'll go and buy replacements at Wickes where I can actually try them before buying.”
