“I bought a toilet seat in black and it fits the toilet perfectly it’s comfortable to sit on and looks good and I got it at a great price the Victorian plumbing web site was so easy to use and the delivery service was fantastic. “I am pleased with the products and this is my second bathroom I am renovating with Victorian Plumbing products. However the pallet that the bath was shipped on was made with wood that was very damp and had fungus strands all along it with other fungus on the pallet. I quickly got it off the pallet and got rid of the pallet.”

“Excellent service and product but the amount of packaging for a relatively compact item was excessive and very difficult for us to dispose. The local recycling center wouldn't take it as it was classed as 'commercial' so we had to the it home and chop it into smaller pieces and sneak it into our waste bin.”
