“I like how you now have a phone number so I can review you but when I needed advice while fitting the bathroom I waited four weeks for an email reply. paul williams was the customer and delivery address not the person who payed for or wrote this review. rick davies”

“Took a week from ordering to get delivered. Goods arrived damaged, now over a week for someone to agree that the delivered goods are damaged.........so far, 3 weeks to get a toilet....dont bother.”

“Unacceptable delay in response from customer services. Waited 13 days for a response to my request to have goods damaged on arrival replaced. When I did get a response I was told they would look into it. All this despite being told I had a very strict 48 hours to carefully inspect all delivered goods or face the prospect of it not being replaced! In a world where the customer should be king this seems to me to be very much in the favour of the company and not me the customer. It is now 24 days since my initial email to customer services and I am no closer to getting a replacement part and will have to pay for the bathroom fitter to come back at a later date. Really poor.”

“The toilet seat arrived broken. 10 days later I haven't received any communication other than automatic emails. Impossible to get to anyone on your telefone helpline despite being suggested in your email. Very dissatisfied”
