“Fast, efficient and very friendly service. I received a call to arrange the delivery day to suit me and another call from the driver to advise me he was on his way. Product looks perfect too!”

“Ordering on your website is absolutely brilliant so many thanks. Delivery was also brilliant too. I only paid for standard delivery but my taps came the day after I’d ordered them. If only all companies were as good as yourselves. A huge thank you.”

“Absolutely impossible to speak to anyone at Victorian Plumbing. Tried to identify a product to replace a broken one (stressing I was happy to pay for it!) via email but constantly received automatic messages to say it was being dealt with. It wasn't. Tried calling but held and held and never got through. Tried to place the order via online chat help but they said they couldn't do it. Took nearly a month of emailing/calling etc before I eventually managed to get the help I needed to simply order a product. Company needs to invest in more customer service operators!”
