“Account manager very helpful and understanding. Pallet delivery team informative they listen to your reqirement and give a good service. Delivery came within two working days. “So I bought multiple Hudson and reed shower mixers. Installed them all and one had a slight leak! Tightened it up as much as I could but still weeping unfortunately. Know contact number, have to open a chat, send emails, wait for reply, ask to send videos. All one major long headache. Better off going to a local plumbing center. Could have just popped in and exchanged. Not it’s holding up a job! And still waiting for someone to get back to me regarding the video I sent in.”
