“Great choice to suit all tastes. I ordered the Bath Co 900m vanity unit with their Aylesfor mixer tap and they are both fabulous. The vanity unit came in two very well packaged boxes, the unit base which was already assembled with the door and drawer handles fitted on the inside for protection and then the marble counter top was in a separate superbly packaged box with the ceramic sink already in situ. I had read the feedback comments so was aware the countertop would not be white marble. It is heavily marbled grey and white but regardless I love it. I'm delighted with my choice and the fabulous delivery and packaging.”

“Worst customer service I have had in a long time , contacted by multiple people on email with no technical experience having to explain myself over and over for weeks and still no working toilet in our house because they sent wrong parts”

“Disappointed! Ordered 5 panels for the walls for my bathroom, all arrived damaged despite the a packaging being intact. Contacted them but it’s been several days and no reply. I had to use the panels (cutting away the damage) otherwise my plumber couldn’t continue, it meant the area was far less than I needed and I’ve had to change the finish of the room.”

“We ordered what we needed for our bathroom. The process was very easy. We decided to take on the option of interest free. After our order we were kept informed every step of the way on when it would be delivered. Upon delivery the delivery driver kindly used his pallet truck to bring it onto our driveway and then.put it in the garage for us.”

“Spent a lot of money on a bathroom with Victorian Plumbing. They sent wrong sized side panel for shower and had to use Live Chat as they don't have phone numbers. Took about 8 attempts to finally complete conversation with them as kept getting disconnected. Took over an hour for something which would have taken 5 minutes over the phone. They raised an incident with the resolutions team so now have to wait for their reply and also to get the correct side panel as ordered. Disappointed with this company and their set up even though their staff are pleasant.”

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Victoria Plumbing. First, my order was delayed by a week despite paying for a specific delivery date and time. When it finally arrived, I received a completely different order. It took several days for them to collect the incorrect items, and then a few more days to deliver my actual order, which was only half complete. The customer service is unprofessional and lacks knowledge about the products. They assured me that the items I ordered included everything necessary, but only half of the components arrived. When I contacted them, they apologized, stating they were unaware of what was included in the set. Furthermore, after installing the shower screen, I discovered a significant discrepancy between the two glass panels. Their customer support is difficult to reach, with only email and live chat options available. Overall, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend Victoria Plumbing to anyone. Sincerely, Evtim Evtimov”
