“The ordering process was clear and easy with good information on the website. The delivery was poor with a radiator and shower being delivered on a pallet, that the driver expected to leave behind. The shower instructions were also very poor. Very pleased with the items themselves.”

“Delivery was fast (a few days), delivery man very rude but not the fault of VP. I asked if he could take away the Wooden Pallet and he refused even though I had already quickly taken the boxes off the Pallet. Items were well packed on the pallet, some boxes had water damage at the bottom (soggy) but items inside looked okay. Good value for money overall.”

“Bought taps online. Excellent quality taps. Unfortunately they were not quite the right size for our Belfast sink. Took them back to Formby where there were no issues with a refund. The staff member was great.”
