“Item arrived on to and in good condition. My only quibble would be that the website recommended new valves if required but then only showed chrome when in fact the radiator was white.”

“Items appear good quality, but I've not had chance to fit them yet. My only issue at this point has been the delivery. I was contacted by the courier and a date for delivery was agreed for my original order for the bathroom suite, but they never arrived and no communication to say why not or to arrange a redelivery. Then a few days later they just turned up, when no one was home and telephoned to say they were leaving it outside.”

“The price seemed good online and ordered quite a few bits. On delivery there was a shower head missing and rubber pad for the bath. The team were quick to try to rectify but the wrong thing was sent. However on contacting again this was rectified. So overall happy and have bought some more things with possibly more to come!”

“Would have rated this ‘very good’ but the courier they use (dpd) customer service was poor when trying to arrange a different delivery slot. Their website was not working and they wanted £6 if I called them. Product is lovely so maybe Victorian Plumbing should look at an alternative courier.”

“Arrived on time and in good condition, particularly pleased with the taps and shower, that were purchased as a "bundle" and look more expensive than they were! Only thing with delivery is that it would be good to get an estimated delivery time, it arrived super early on a saturday morning, a text saying they were en route would have really helped.”
