“Ordered radiator and toilet. When it came to fitting the radiator, noticed there was a dent in it. Stupid me didn't check it on delivery, but messaged VP to let them know. They requested more photos and heard nothing since. I ordered other stuff from them last year to do another bathroom, and the toilet pan arrived with slight damage but didn't have time to get it sorted. I've got another bathroom and cloakroom to do, but I won't be getting anything from VP.”

“The good were okay but the after sales service was none existent. As I said the goods were okay but they caused an issue with the existing equipment. I emailed Victoria for help to solve the problem and to date I have been ignored.”

“One item was delivered with damage which was quickly replaced. The service was good. The Monza shower cabinate required an extra 70 GBP kit to hide the screws. Delivery price for the extra item that should have been with the kit was extra 30 GBP. The items were poor value for money. I would not use Victoria Plumbing products again nor recommend them.”

“I asked a simple question to help resolve am issue with a toilet seat fittings not working correctly. After over 50 years in the building industry and having a very successful property maintenance company upto my retirement, the response from your help line made me feel like a total idiot. I've sorted the problem out by purchasing some other fitting.”

“The delivery driver turned up with the shower door mounted on 2 large crates which he refused to take back with him and left them on the drive. I was not notified of the crates and would not have ordered from VP had I known.”

“Delivery was fast but the basin sink cover insert arrived slightly scratched and a leg was missing. It was cheap and I could fit it anyway so didn't bother to return it.”

“The towel rail was faulty - but my husband had taken quite some time to assemble it and couldn’t face taking it apart. Given that it was very expensive just for a towel rail, I cannot lie - we were disappointed”

“I felt like I was deceived in regards to the delivery. I complained to the delivery company, but they told me that it was the Victorian Plumbing that should have clearly explained to me that the delivery was only going to be made to the front door. I live in the second floor flat without the lift. I had no one to help me carry 12 boxes of tiles up the second floor. It is a shame, but I don't think I will ever get over this and use Victorian Plumbing again.”

“Our vanity unit was delivered with the outer packaging soaking wet and when opened the vanity unit was badly water damaged. Why it was stored or any where near water is a mystery. We are awaiting delivery of a replacement but it has put our bathroom work back about 10 days. Hopefully when the replacement comes it will be ok”

“Although we received our full order, this could have been very different. While all emails state we will receive a call to schedule delivery, the driver delivered my order to the front of my house and called me to say it has been left there. No prior warning and no one to accept the delivery this was left out in the open on a public pathway while I was at work unable to be home for the delivery. I had contact via email to express dissatisfaction to which I have still not had a reply.”

“Delivered on two pallets nailed together with four lengths of 2 meter x 75mm x 25mm, driver did not want to wait so we could check product and neither would he take the pallets or timber, will definitely be looking at alternative plumbing sites if I need further products, I don’t need the extra hassle of now having to get rid of two pallets and timber struts. Also never received any phone call 30 minutes before delivery.”

“I ordered items,delivery was fine,no damage on boxes,but on opening first item witch was 800worktop only to find it damaged, sending emails to yourselves to try and get it sorted is beginning to be a nightmare,”
