“We had ensuite arrive, and many of the items were damaged. We sent in photos as requested, and this we have done to 3 different agents who passed the mantle over to each other. We cannot SPEAK to anyone, its all via email. Totally useless and frustrating. Where is any customer service. We still dont have our ensuite, and we are now 5-6 weeks since we started to complaint process.”

“The £400 showed I bought has a faulty valve. I’ve been trying for almost six weeks to get this issue resolved and being a paraplegic, I cannot be without a shower. The water loss is huge and again, costing me money. I’m about to issue a County Court claim for a new shower, the cost of the old shower and the cost of the plumber. Not happy Victorian Plumbing. You’ve had almost £4,000 off me the last few years, I won’t be using you again after this.”
